Parts payment
The parts cost is paid when the order is placed.

Once the required parts are ready, we’ll arrange a convenient repair appointment with everything ready to go on the day.

The remaining fitting charge is paid when the repair is completed.

If a repair needs to go beyond what was originally agreed, we’ll explain why and get your approval before any additional work is carried out.

Not every tablet is the same
Tablet construction and parts availability vary considerably between models. Some repairs may not be practical where suitable parts are unavailable or where the repair would not make financial sense.
If DSR cannot offer a sensible repair for the device, we’ll tell you before anything is ordered.

Repairs are available by appointment from our home-based workshop in Okeford Fitzpaine.
Collection & drop-off
Local collection and return can be arranged across North Dorset for an additional fee.
Postal repairs
You can also send your tablet or iPad to DSR by post. Contact us before sending anything so the repair and delivery details can be arranged first.
